Ever aware of the finer details, our Chefs use a flavourful broth instead of water for stir frying and steaming, adding a distinct flavour to their creations. Special requests are catered for and our Chefs are happy to make your favourite or vegetarian dishes that are not on the menu.

All our dishes are wholesome and prepared by our excellent expert Chefs. Szechuan dishes are hot and spicy so when ordering please indicate your personal 'heat threshold' (medium hot or very hot). If in doubt, please ask. Our staff are always happy to help you choose your dishes.

We try as much as possible to use GM-free ingredients in our cooking. However, because we use many different ingredients, some of them may contain GM products without our knowledge.
